Vernissage Exhibition Rebellion Fire by Studio Edens
This exhibition is dedicated to Standing Rock, the Native Americans who united at the sacred Standing Rock to protect water and, in turn, the future of our planet. They proudly call themselves the 'Waterprotectors.'
Tribal Arts
Artists Nellen and Allan Edens are on a mission to bridge humanity and the earth. Their lively paintings are infused with the spirit of tribal arts, featuring symbols that resonate with love, passion, rituals, and spiritual energies.
Inner Fire
The title of the exhibition, Rebellion Fire, encapsulates the 'inner fire' propelling people to take a stand for what they love, believe in, and live for. The current unity of Native Americans at Standing Rock, opposing the contentious Dakota Access oil pipeline, serves as a profound inspiration for these two artists. The Native Americans anticipate land and water pollution and have gathered at the sacred Standing Rock to protect the water, securing the future of our planet as Waterprotectors.
Allan and Nellen express their gratitude to these 'water protectors' through their art, aiming to raise awareness among their audience.
Standing Rock
Allan Edens declares, "The determination of the Native Americans at Standing Rock is a beacon for us. Such a situation symbolizes the entirety of Earth. Native Americans stand to protect the water flowing through their sacred land, simultaneously safeguarding it for all of humanity, including you and me."
Nellen Edens adds, "Born in Amsterdam, a bustling city, yet a native inhabitant of Earth. I am nature, and I perceive love as the most potent natural force on this planet. This is why it's crucial for people to be aware of their own love power, our sacred fire. We can rise in Love, just like the Native Americans of Standing Rock."
